This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
So I'll be graduating from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering this semester, and I'm planning on going on to grad school in Industrial Design. I looked at a list of the top 10 grad programs, and I think I've narrowed it down to three: Art Center College of Design, Rhode Island School of Design, and California College for the Arts. I'm still doing some more research on the programs, but I would like to get some feedback from art students who are currently enrolled in college as to what was the most important thing to them when it came to selecting a program. Also, how should I compile a portfolio? Aside from the actual work, what else should be included. Any other tips or advice?
No prob. It's very impressive. I'm planning to do my own rendering in Solidworks with all the mechanical parts. I made the First Tsurugi a short while ago.

I would love to have a battle of the wits with you, but it seems you're unarmed.
So I FINALLY got around to redoing the First Tsurugi fusion sword from FFVII: Advent Children. This time I actually delved into the mechanisms that allow the swords to actually work. Its been a huge time commitment, especially trying to figure out the mechanisms in the base sword and getting SolidWorks to run it properly. As of this writing, I've got all the individual swords rendered, but I still need to assemble them, which will involve a lot of tweaking of the existing models.

So I reformatted my computer and I thought that I had transferred all of my files over, but apparently, all of my Solid Edge files for the First Tsurugi sword were lost, so chances are I will never finish that project since I'll have to start all over.
